About the Firm

C.I.A. “BARON RADU Marian-Valeriu” is a law office organised and registered under Romanian law and the rules of the Romanian National Union of Bar Associations. The managing attorney, Mr. BARON RADU Marian-Valeriu, is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
The main activity of the Firm is the provision of legal counsel and representation before courts for insurance companies in litigations arising from road accidents – cases in which they face claims for compensation (material and/or moral damages) by the victims and/or their families.
We offer our clients – the insurance companies – legal assistance at professional standards in the field of insurance law (both MTPL and general and/or life insurance), ensuring their representation at national level.
