Ideal candidate profile

Qualities we look for.

I.

Solid theoretical knowledge

A deep understanding of the rules, not mechanical memorisation. The ability to write two coherent sentences in a statement of claim – without copy-paste.

II.

Real courtroom experience

Familiarity with registries, archives and the interlocutors of the judicial system – with all the discomfort that implies.

III.

Team spirit

Lawyering is not a solo act. The Firm runs on division of labour and constant exchange of views – without unnecessary ego.

IV.

Communication skills

With the client, with the court, with colleagues. Legal communication is, before anything else, clarity.

V.

Mastery of Oratory and Rhetoric

A good orator and rhetorician makes the difference between a case lost and a case won. A plea is not a reading – it is a construction.

VI.

Creativity

The ability to see solutions where the rule seems to close them off. Critical thinking – without mistaking creativity for improvisation.
